Rare Mickey Mouse Toy to be Auctioned

If you’re in the market for a rare Tippco Mickey and Minnie toy or love to get your hands on a classic Buck Rogers or Flash Gordon collectible, you should definitely check out Donald Kaufman Collection’s upcoming auction, scheduled for September 25 and 26 at Bertoia Auctions in Vineland, N.J. More than 1,100 lots out of over 6000 remaining toys will be offered this fall.
As a testament to the collection’s diversity, this second event will auction off items of childhood nostalgia ranging from the Mickey and Minnie Mouse on a Motorcycle toy, to flashy Buck Rogers and Flash Gordon Collectibles, to James Bond, airplanes, Model T’s and A’s, Fire Trucks, Motorcycles including Harley Davidson, Coca Cola Trucks, pedal cars, game boards, racing cars, futuristic cars and many more.
Donald Kaufman is a co-founder of KB Toys who sold his interest in the company in 1981. He is considered a pioneer in the toy hobby, having started his collection nearly 60 years ago. His collection of approximately 7500 toys is being auctioned exclusively in a series of semi-annual sales over the next few years.
