Big Idea Inc.’s VeggieTales: Tomato Sawyer and Huckleberry Larry’s Big River Rescue is now available on DVD. Young fans of the faith-based direct-to-video and theatrical release franchise can join their favorite vegetable heroes for a wild ride down the Mighty Mississippi as Tom and Huck meet a stranger in need and discover that helping others is the right thing, even though it’s not always the easiest thing to do.
Written by VeggieTales co-creator Phil Vischer, VeggieTales: Tomato Sawyer and Huckleberry Larry’s Big River Rescue puts the unique Veggie spin on an American literary classic. Introducing the brand-new silly song “The Biscuit of Zazzamarandabo,” and a number of family-friendly bonus features, the DVD carries a suggested retail price of $14.99.
