Animation Army, Women in Games Throw Mixer in Hollywood

Richard Taylor, cinematic director at Electronic Arts Los Angeles will be the featured speaker at a networking event being hosted by Animation Army and Women in Animation Int’l on Sunday, Jan. 18 at Cinespace in Hollywood. Starting at 6:30 p.m. and ending at 9 p.m., the event offers an opportunity for game industry and film industry veterans to mingle and talk shop.
Attendees will enjoy free games and other schwag from Electronic Arts.
Other giveaways up for grabs include a resume overhaul
($600 value) from the Mary-Margaret Network, a career coaching session from Pamela Thompson Career Coach/Recruiter (PamRecruit@q.com) and fully rigged 3D character design from Evolver.
