Aardman Gets on Tweak’s RV

Aardman Animations has integrated Tweak Software’s RV image and sequence viewing application into its Linux-based CG animation pipeline.

The Oscar-winning studio has been using the software since its pre-beta release and recently approved its integration into the pipeline.

Digital Domain Sets Florida Expansion

Digital Domain is expanding once again.

Having recently announced its new visual effects facility in Vancouver, the company also is planning a digital production studio in Port St. Lucie, Fla.

The new studio will create original content for animated feature film and video games. Digital Domain says it expects the facility will become operational next yer.
