4Kids Entertainment Inc. will unveil the new FOX BOX lineup this Sunday with a primetime special titled The Fight For The Fox Box. Beginning at 7:00 p.m. (ET) on the FOX Network, the special episode will give kids and parents a first look at the weekly animated shows set to air this season in the popular toon block. The second season of FOX BOX will launch on Saturday, Sept. 6 (8:00 a.m. to 12 noon ET, 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. CT/PT).
<The Fight For The Fox Box features a mysterious evil mastermind that has stolen the FOX BOX broadcast codes – knocking the network off the air. His plan is to turn control over to the most diabolical group ever … mad geniuses like Dr. K, King Dedede, Dr. Eggman, the dMp and the Shredder. It’s up to an unprecedented teaming of our heroes – the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Kirby, Sonic, Cubix, the Funky Cops and Kid Muscle – to recover the stolen codes, restore the FOX BOX and save Saturday mornings.
Included in the new fall lineup includes the debut of the all-new Sonic the Hedgehog series Sonic X, the supernatural adventure show Shaman King, the retro ’70s police comedy Funky Cops and the premiere of Cubix. Returning are Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Kirby: Right Back At Ya! and Ultimate Muscle: The Kinnikuman Legacy.
