Women in Animation International will elects its new board of directors and offer a panel on "The Evolution of Flash," (6:30-9 p.m.) Tuesday, April 19, at the Cartoon Networks’ studios in Burbank, CA.
Moderated by Heather Kenyon, senior director of development/original animation at Cartoon Network, the panel includes interviews with those who use Flash to create animated series for both the Internet and television. Also attending the event and signing their books will be authors Martha Sigall (Living Inside the Lines: Tales from the Golden Ages of Animation), Jean Ann Wright (Animation Writing and Development) and Cliff J. Parrott (Hollywood 2D Digital Animation, The New Flash Production Revolution).
