Bergeron: We’ll Always Have Burbank.

After spending eight years at DreamWorks, where he made The Road To Eldorado and SharkTale, Eric Bibo Bergeron is returning to France to produce and direct his latest projects.

The first 3D film, A Monster in Paris, will be co-written with Eric and Ramzy, the two French comedians on whom designs for the main characters are based. The two thespians will voice the characters as well.

The film is to be entirely produced in France at the new European studio that Bergeron has decided to set up in Marseilles with the support of Provence Promotion and its partners.

The new studio will co-produce international film projects. Several projects are being discussed with American production groups in the US. Bibo Films, the original studio based in Paris, is expanding and joining forces with Pumpkin-3D and Je Suis Bien Content as executive producers of Persepolis, based on best-selling graphic novel by Marjane Satrapi (2D-3D / B&W).
