Another collection of shorts from Mike Judge’s and Don Hertzfeldt’s touring theatrical showcase known as The Animation Show are available today on DVD. The Animation Show: Volume 3 from MTV Home Entertainment and Paramount Home Entertainment features some of the latest works from Judge and Hertzfeldt, as well as such respected independent animators as Bill Plympton, Joanna Quinn and PES. Also arriving at retail today is a third volume of episodes from the Discovery Kids animated series Kenny the Shark.

Produced by Phase Four for Discovery Kids, Kenny the Shark revolves around Kenny, a tough tiger shark who learns to love the cushy life as the house pet of Kat, a girl obsessed with marine predators. In the episodes contained in Kenny the Shark: Catch A Wave Vol. 3, Kenny shows Kat how to surf, the whole family hits the road for a wild vacation and Kenny tries to show his love on Father’s Day. The fun continues as Kenny and Kat make their own home movie, Kat helps Kenny find his special talent and Kenny joins the carnival. Fans can find the disc for $14.95 or less.
