ASIFA-Hollywood will present Thursday, Oct. 28, a special program titled An Evening with Bill Plympton at Woodbury University in Burbank, Calif.
The event will be hosted by Tom Sito, who will discuss with Plympton his long career as an independent animator and his approach to filmmaking.
Plympton also will speak about his new film, Idiots and Angels, which opens in Los Angeles on Friday, Oct. 29.
Admission to this event is free, but seating is limited and made available on a first come, first serve basis.
The program will be presented in the Fletcher Jones Foundation Theater, 7500 Glen Oaks Blvd., Burbank.
