Peter Pan is coming back to TV in a new CG-animated and stereoscopic 3D series from DQ Entertainment, Method Animation and ZDF Group.
Partners DQ and Method announced at MIP Junior at Cannes that the German company ZDF was coming on board as a co-producer for the 26 x 30 min. series, titled The New Adventures of Peter Pan.
Under the deal, ZDF will be able to appoint co-producers with full editorial rights and distribution rights in German speaking countries.
The series, aimed at ages 6-10, features the classic Peter Pan characters defending Neverland and 21st century London from the evils of Captain Hook.
