The DaVincibles are heading down under.
The program — a co-production of Australia-based SLR Productions, France’s Moonscoop, Italy’s Neo Network, RAI Fiction, Telegael and Big Animation — will air on Channel 7 starting in February.
Slotted in on Saturday mornings at 11:30, the 52 x 11 min. series will run through April 9, following the adventures of the modern-day descendants of the famed inventor as they search the world for rare articles for their antiques shop. Along the way, they cross paths with The Society of Very Bad Villians.
“The DaVincibles is a great example of how co-productions with other countries can be a creative collaboration. We had an exciting team on this fun project that has produced a show that is not only relevant for our Australian audience but a show that will be a hit in Italy too,” said executive producer Suzanne Ryan.
