Blueprint and DDA Form New PR Powerhouse

U.K.-based specialty public relations company Blueprint P.R. has joined forces with U.S. outfit DDA to form a new stand-alone venture. The new company, which is called DDA Blueprint is owned 50/50 by the two partners. Blueprint PR’s Janet Balmforth and Aimee Norman, will head the new operation with DDA PR’s Atkinson and Stannard serving as non-exec directors. The four principals form the board of the new venture.

The joint venture will see all Blueprint Public Relations’ current and future business run through DDA Blueprint, with its operations and staff provided with a base at DDA PR’s headquarters in London. DDA Blueprint will have access to DDA PR’s reach in the U.S. through its offices in Los Angeles, while Blueprint PR brings its extensive TV and theater expertise to the DDA group.

As a specialist PR agency with a global and renowned client base, DDA Blueprint will create and provide strategic and goal-driven, tailor-made campaigns within the international and UK television and theatre industries. Blueprint PR’s animation clients include Moonscoop, Imira, DHX Media, Millimages, Novel Entertainment and The Kidscreen Summit.
