The new stereoscopic 3-D, CG-animated take on the world of beloved silent film icon Charlie Chaplin will premiere in primetime in various territories during the holiday season. Produced by Method Animation, in partnership with MK2, Bubbles Inc. and DQ Entertainment Chaplin & Co. will air on France Télévisions this month. RAI Italy, TV Quebec, DR Denmark, MTV3 Finland, RTBF Belgium, RTP and K-SIC in Portugal, Rustavi Georgia, Noga Israel and Cartoon Network Asia (Excl. Korea & Japan) are among the other international broadcasters on board with the show.
The state-of-the-art 104 x 6’ production features non-dialogue gags, and comic stories suited for the whole family and were produced in cooperation with the Chaplin family. Distributed by Paris-based PGS Entertainment, Chaplin & Co. offers a nice combination of vintage theatrical quality for modern audiences.
