PGS Entertainment is the exclusive distributor for animated titles from A Squared Entertainment, headed by Amy and Andy Heyward.
The titles PGS will be handling for A Squared at this year’s MIPCOM include:
- The Secret KidVenture Club (26 half hours + 26 webisodes) features business mogul and philanthropist, Warren Buffett who acts as a mentor to a group of kids who have international adventures in business with special guests including Jay-Z, Shaquille O’Neal, Serena Williams, Nick Canon, Beyonce and more.
- Stan Lee’s Mighty 7 – A 75-minute animated feature, serving as a pilot for a 26-episode series, is billed as the first “reality superhero series.” Created by and starring Stan Lee, who plays alongside a group of aliens who fight evils on our planet while trying to get back to their own, all the while trying to behave like humans so they aren’t found out.
- Rainbow Valley Heroes – 13 half hours of the adventures of a fun-loving fleet of rescue trucks who come to life to help preschoolers learn about friendship and safety and knowing right from wrong.
- Other titles include a create-it-yourself series called Martha & Friends that shows kids how easy it is to do dozens of projects themselves; and Gisele & the Green Team starring an animated Gisele Bundchen with a group of girls who lead double-lives as supermodels turned superheroes who battle environmental evils to save the planet.
A2E and PGS will unveil later this year further partnership on four additional shows.
