German brand management and media company m4e is expanding its licensing program for its award-winning animated and live-action hybrid children’s show, Mia and Me. More than 30 licensees have come on board in Germany alone—and more partners are being added in time for this month’s International Toy Fair in Nuremberg.
German toy manufacturer Simba Toys will bring plush and water toys as well as outdoor toys to the market, while Spielkartenfabrik Altenburg is developing card games based on the property and Blue Ocean Toys will offer an paper toy called Papereenz. Also, United Labels will serve up Mia & Me tableware, cutlery, gift articles and watches. Eight others licensees will also present their Mia and Me products at the Toy Fair in Nuremberg. The majority of these new products will be introduced to the market in the next few months.
