Paris-based Moonscoop will be schlepping off to Singapore this December for the Asia Television Forum, following a series of successful deals for its library of kids’ entertainment properties across the region. Over the summer, Moonscoop sold over 350 half-hours of programming to Truevision in Thailand and a global deal for the entire catalog with Viettel in Vietnam.
Notably, Astro Celia picked up Code Lyoko seasons 1 & 2, while Spacetoon Indonesia opted for Code Lyoko Evolution after enjoying success with the original four seasons. Spacetoon will also be a licensing and merchandizing agent of the brand in Indonesia. All deals in Asia were negotiated by Moonscoop’s EVP of Sales & Consumer Products, Grace Lee, who will represent the company at the ATF market.
