Online digital art school CG Master Academy will be offering a course titled “The Art of Color and Light,” taught by acclaimed production designer, concept artist and visual consultant Patrick Hanenberger, whose credits include Bee Movie, Monsters vs. Aliens, Rise of the Guardians and 10,000 BC. The online school’s winter semester will also include a “Storyboarding for Animation” course taught by Glenn Harmon, storyboard artist on Sony Picture Animation’s Hotel Transylvania and The Smurfs.
The school still has a few spots open in its ‘Intro to Perspective’ courses taught by Derek Kosol, Dzu Nguyen, and Joon Ahn, which is designed to help build the fundamental drawing skills required to make it in the concept design field.
Computer Graphics Master Academy (CGMA) offers a wide selection of CG Master Classes and inexpensive Master Workshops taught by industry-trained and experienced instructors. The L.A.-based school currently offers comprehensive instruction for concept art, illustration and entertainment design.
