Ottawa Gets David O’Reilly Poster, Retrospective

The Ottawa International Animation Festival has unveiled a poster by Irish animator David O’Reilly for its 2014 edition.

This year’s festival is schedule for Sept. 17-21 in the Canadian capital and will feature O’Reilly as a festival guest and jury member. O’Reilly is best known for his innovative animated short films, which include Please Say Something and The External World. He also has contributed to an episode of Cartoon Network’s hit series Adventure Time and made a 2009 music video for the U2 song “I’ll Go Crazy If I Don’t Go Crazy Tonight,” and served as animation director on Spike Jonze’s feature film Her.
