Bejuba Entertainment’s Chica Award-winning preschool series Stella and Sam, which premiered on Sprout last November, has made a new friend in home entertainment partner Cinedigm. The home video distributor has picked up U.S. and U.K. rights for the 26 x half-hour show, which follows the brother and sister duo made famous by the book series from Marie-Louise Gay on their kid-friendly adventures.
Produced by Radical Sheep Productions, Stella and Sam has also recently been sold to SVT Sweden, TinyPop UK, WhyJ Contents Korea, TSR Switzerland, KRO, Canal One Mexico and DAAI TV Indonesia. Bejuba is also planning Halloween and Christmas half-hour specials for this year.
