Dimension Films has released the (long awaited) first trailer for Frank Miller and Robert Rodriguez’s stylized graphic novel adaptation Sin City: A Dame to Kill For. Yes, it’s been almost a decade since the original flick took the film world by surprise! Dimension will release the film nationwide on August 22 this year.
Miller, who created the original cult comics, penned the screenplay to this latest hyper-violent noir adventure, which stars Jessica Alba, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Eva Green, Bruce Willis, Josh Brolin, Rosario Dawson, Mickey Rourke, Jaime King, Dennis Haysbert, Jamie Chung, Julia Garner, Ray Liotta, Juno Temple and Jeremy Piven … all the beautiful dames and hard-boiled dudes you could want — including villain extraordinaire Stacy Keach.
