Veteran industry finance and business executive Trent Locke has been appointed VP of finance and chief operating officer of Toronto-based Portfolio Entertainment.
Formerly VP of business operations for Teletoon Canada, Locke has more than 20 years of extensive experience in media, entertainment and manufacturing. Locke will work directly with Portfolio’s CEOs Lisa Olfman and Joy Rosen to grow and diversify the business. His role will encompass strategy and new business development as well as finance and day-to-day operations.
“Trent has a proven track record for success,” states Joy Rosen. “His deep understanding of the broadcast and digital landscape is invaluable as we look to the future as content producers,” says Olfman.
