The deals keep coming from the Croisette as MIPCOM enters its final stretch.
- Vme Media and BRB Internacional sealed at MIPCOM an accord for Spanish-speaking audiences in the United States. The television channel, which broadcasts exclusively in Spanish in association with public television stations, will air such BRB productions as Bernard (156 x 3′), Mica (26 x 15′), Zoobabu (104 x 2′) and Kambu (52 x 7′). This is the first step in a long-term agreement between the two entertainment-sector companies that will be progressively widened in the future.
- Zodiak Kids will distribute three new series from Amazon Studios: animated preschool series Tumble Leaf and Creative Galaxy, and live-action series Gortimer Gibbon’s Life on Normal Street, in selected territories.
- TF1 Production and Cyber Group Studios united at MIPCOM their major broadcasting partners to celebrate the success of Mini Ninjas (52×11′ 2D HD). Based on the best-selling video game and app distributed internationally by Square Enix, Mini Ninjas — coproduced by TF1 Production, Cyber Group Studios and Enanimation — is an action comedy series aimed at ages 6-11.
