Legendary TV Producer Glen A. Larson Dies

Glen A. Larson, one of television’s most prolific producers of sci-fi and fantasy programming, died Nov. 14 of esophageal cancer. He was 77.

Larson is best known for working as a writer, creator or executive producer on such iconic television series as The Six Million Dollar Man, Battlestar Galactica, Buck Roger in the 25th Century, Quincy M.E., Manimal, Automan, Knight Rider, The Fall Guy and Magnum, P.I.

He also was a consulting producer on more-recent revivals of Battlestar Galactica and Knight Rider.
