eOne Expands ‘Peppa Pig’ Program

Entertainment One Licensing is offering Peppa Pig product to the mass market this year for the first time and welcoming new licensees, including Amscan and Palamon.

The new licensed merchandise will further fortify Peppa Pig‘s already-strong connection with preschoolers and families all across the United States and help drive annual worldwide Peppa Pig retail sales well beyond the brand’s current $1 billion.

Beginning this spring, Amscan will debut a wide range of festive new Peppa Pig party goods, including paper and plastic tableware, foil and latex balloons, invitations and thank-you notes, party decorations, and more.

And, just in time for Halloween, Palamon will introduce Peppa Pig costumes, masks and dress-up accessories, along with treat carriers such as pumpkin pails, plush buckets, and paper and plastic treat bags.

These new partners join master toy licensee, Jazwares, which will showcase its extensive new line of Peppa Pig playthings Feb. 14-17 at the American International Toy Fair in New York, Booth #2719.

Other recent additions to the fast-growing U.S. Peppa licensing program include: Better Toyz, Primary Colors Corp., Fiesta Toy, Scholastic and Candlewick Press, and Redan.
