Multiple Disney Channels Pick Up Go-N’s ‘Zip Zip’

Go-N Productions has signed a raft of deals with Disney Channels in multiple territories for its 52 x 13 animated comedy series Zip Zip, which officially launched at MIP Jr. last October where it was the second most-screened property. Disney Channel outlets in Italy, Benelux, Russia, Israel, India, South East Asia, Korea, Japan, Australia and Latin America have picked up the show from Go-N’s Paris-based distribution arm.

Commissioned by France Televisions, Zip Zip features an ensemble cast of forest animals who are tired of living in the wilderness. They decide to zip into costume and disguise themselves as domestic pets to enjoy the comforts of the city life with an unsuspecting suburban family. So far their secret is safe, but you can count on their wild animal instincts to surface at the very worst moments. Zip Zip has been pre-bought by Super RTL in Germany (debuting this month) and Disney France, and will arrive on France 3 next month.
