New Zealand’s Pukeko Pictures has appointed Clive Spink as Chief Executive Officer. He will replace Andrew Smith, who departs in August to take on the role at software developer Touchtech. Spink has been with the studio for over a year as Chief Operating Officer. In his new role, he will continue to drive Pukeko’s business growth, including development and production.
Before joining Pukeko, Spink was in the IT and telecommunications industries at Vodafone New Zealand. His broadcast and production experience comes from a stint at Television New Zealand working for their local production company, Kotuku Productions, which delivered iconic local brands like Fair Go, Country Calendar, Crimewatch and Holiday. Following this, he was commercial manager at TVNZ’s TV One.
