9 Story Media Group announces a number of new partnerships across Asia for its award-winning kids and family content. The deals add up to over 800 episodes which have been licensed to broadcasters and content partners across the territory, including popular new animated series as well as iconic library programs.
Discovery Kids India has picked up the first season of popular backyard adventuring series Nature Cat (80 x 11), which debuted last year on PBS KIDS. Singapore-based Mediacorp acquired various seasons of several titles, including Peg + Cat, Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood, Guess How Much I Love You – The Adventure of Little Nutbrown Hare, Wild Kratts and Nature Cat.
True Vision (Thailand) also licensed Guess How Much I Love You (seasons 1 & 2) and Nature Cat. In Hong Kong, TVB opted for the first two seasons of Guess How Much I Love You, Wild Kratts seasons 3 & 4 and season 3 of live-action science series Finding Stuff Out, while Deltamac acquired Angelina Ballerina seasons 3-6 and seasons 7 & 8 of Barney. And HiNET in Taiwan picked up Guess How Much I Love You season 2 and the first season of Peg + Cat.
