Nickelodeon Int’l Picks Up More ‘The Day Henry Met’

Nickelodeon International has acquired international broadcasting right to seasons three and four of hit animated preschool series The Day Henry Met..? — and renewed rights to the first two seasons — from distributor Monster Entertainment. Produced by Dublin-based Wiggleywoo Ltd., the charming show has won a Pulcinella Award from Cartoons on the Bay (2015) and this year took the Best Animation prize at the Irish Animation Awards.

Nick originally picked up the first two seasons in 2016 for its channels across markets on six continents, including the UK, Scandinavia, Benelux, Germany, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Central & Eastern Europe, Russia, Israel, Australia & New Zealand, Africa, Asia, Middle East and Latin America. The Day Henry Met has also sold to RTE (Ireland); TV Ontario, Television Francaise Ontario and Knowledge Network (Canada); Canal Plus (French-speaking territories); ABC (Australia); Kids TV (Korea); YLE (Finland) and SVT (Sweden).
