International preschool learning and entertainment platform Hopster has launched the darling Danish animated series Rita & Crocodile (26 x 5’, kids 2-6). The show has been dubbed into English and is available on the app in more than 100 countries; Hopster also holds exclusive rights in the UK and Ireland.
Produced by Dansk Tegnefilm and Ladybird Films, the show follows the adventures of headstrong 4-year-old Rita and her best friend, Crocodile, as they discover new things about the world around them each day. Although Rita likes things her way, together they make a great duo thanks to Crocodile’s tenderness and patience. The show teaches young kids about everyday emotions and experiences.
Rita & Crocodile has earned several awards, including the Jury Award for Best TV Series at the Annecy Int’l Animated Film Festival, Best Production for Young Children at the Chicago Int’l Children’s Film Festival, and at Filem’On in Belgium.
