Harvey Birdman, Attorney General centers around newly elected, megalomaniac billionaire-turned-President of the United States, Phil Ken Sebben (voiced by Stephen Colbert), who appoints Harvey Birdman (Gary Cole) as the Attorney General and tasks him with … getting himself impeached!
In addition to Cole and Colbert, voice actors reprising their roles from the series are John Michael Higgins as Mentok the Mindtaker, Paget Brewster as Birdgirl, Chris Edgerly as Peter Potamus, Peter MacNicol as X the Eliminator and Phil LaMarr as Black Vulcan.
Original series creators and executive producers Michael Ouweleen and Erik Richter also return for the special, with Richard Ferguson-Hull and Evan Adler also serving as exec producers.
