In this eight-episode installment of the Archer multiverse, H. Jon Benjamin voices semi-functioning alcoholic seaplane pilot Sterling Archer — a lush on the lush South Pacific island of Mitimotu in 1939. As the rest of the world braces for war, Archer and his trusty co-pilot Pam (Amber Nash) must navigate quicksand, cannibals, super-intelligent monkeys, poison darts, pirates, and their own questionable life choices.
The rest of the marvelous Archer voice cast also reinvents their roles for this tropical twist: Jessica Walter’s Malory Archer is now an acid-tongued hotel owner; Aisha Tyler is island royalty and revolutionary Princess Lanaluakalani, Judy Greer’s Charlotte Vandertunt is an abandoned heiress, Chris Parnell is obvious German spy Siegbert Fuchs, series creator Adam Reed is the impeccably turned-out French Capitaine Reynaud, and Lucky Yates plays Crackers, an audacious scarlet macaw.
