The dark, surreally romantic animated feature film I Lost My Body has been awarded the Nespresso Grand Prize of the Cannes Film Festival’s Critics’ Week section. Written and directed by Jérémy Clapin (Skhizein) from the book Happy Hand by Guillaume Laurant, the film follows a severed hand’s arduous journey to reunite with the rest of its body. The pic was the online animated project in the Critics’ Week selection.
