Wonderfully irreverent adult animation is returning to Adult Swim this fall, with Robot Chicken kicking off its milestone 10th season at the end of September, followed by the highly anticipated arrival of Rick and Morty season 4 in November.
Robot Chicken Season 10 returns with back-to-back episodes Sunday, September 29 at midnight ET/PT and 12:15 a.m. ET/PT. The 10th season is a milestone for Adult Swim’s hit show Robot Chicken, not for celebrating the 200th episode of the Emmy Award winning show, but for attempting top-secret new formats that break new ground in animated sketch comedy! Um… or something like that.
Robot Chicken uses stop-motion animation to bring pop-culture parodies to life in a modern take on the variety/sketch show format. The series debuted February 2005 and remains among the top-rated original series on Adult Swim. Robot Chicken is created, and executive produced by Seth Green and Matthew Senreich, and their Stoopid Buddy Stoodios partners, John Harvatine IV and Eric Towner, also serve as executive producers. Green and Senreich also write, voice and with Tom Sheppard, direct the award-winning series.

Rick and Morty Season 4 premieres in November (date TBA). The show is Adult Swim’s most scientifically accurate animated comedy. Created by Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon, it catalogues the bizarre misadventures of a bored scientific genius/drunkard and his socially awkward grandson, Morty. Their exploits tend to have unintended consequences for Morty’s dysfunctional family, especially his unfailingly mediocre father, Jerry. Watch Rick and Morty battle everything from interdimensional customs agents to Cronenberg monsters and stay tuned for new extraterrestrial exploits.
