Exclusive Clip: Robotic Mischief in ‘Archibald’s Next Big Thing’

The new DreamWorks Television Animation series from two-time Emmy winner Tony Hale, Archibald’s Next Big Thing is ready to delight viewers of all ages with its Netflix launch on Friday, September 6! To celebrate, we’re hatching a debut clip from “‘Oy’s Fly Robot,” in which good intentions go slightly awry at a robotics competition.

Archibald’s Next Big Thing follows the adventures of Archibald Strutter (voiced by Hale), a chicken who “yes-ands” his way through life. Though living in the moment often leads him astray, Archibald always finds his way back home to an egg-shaped house he shares with his three siblings — Sage (Adam Pally), Finley (Jordan Fisher) and Loy (Chelsea Kane) — and his trusty sidekick, Bea (Kari Wahlgren). The show is narrated by Rosamund Pike; guest stars include Julia Louis-Dreyfus (Veep), Casey Wilson (Black Monday), RuPaul (RuPaul’s Drag Race), Christine Baranski (The Good Fight) and Gary Cole (Veep).

The series is created and executive produced by Hale, executive produced by Eric Fogel (Descendants: Wicked World, Celebrity Deathmatch), and was developed for television by Drew Champion (Game Talk Live) and Jacob Moffat (Tiny Tiny Talk Show).
