Trailer: ‘BoJack Horseman’ Returns for Contemplative Final Season

Netflix has unbridled a new spot for the highly anticipated return of Emmy-nominated animated black comedy BoJack Horseman. The genre redefining, critically acclaimed series will saddle up for a two-part, sixth and final season, beginning October 25 and dropping the last episodes January 31.

In the trailer, framed as BoJack (Will Arnett) pens a letter from rehab about his own journey and post-Horsin’ Around legacy, we check in with overwhelmed working mom Carolyn (Amy Sedaris), adrift Diane (Alison Brie), Todd (Aaron Paul) getting a surprise visitor, and Mr. Peanutbutter (Paul F. Tompkins) arriving at a startling epiphany.

BoJack Horseman was created by Raphael Bob-Waksberg. The series is executive produced by Raphael Bob-Waksberg, Steven A. Cohen and Noel Bright. Will Arnett (Flaked, Arrested Development) and Aaron Paul (Breaking Bad) also serve as executive producers. BoJack was designed by graphic artist Lisa Hanawalt (creator of Tuca & Bertie) and animated by L.A.-based ShadowMachine. The show is a Tornante Production, brought to life by Michael Eisner’s The Tornante Company.
