The Cartoons on the Bay 2021 children’s television & transmedia festival (running December 3-8 live in L’Aquila, Italy and digitally) has announced the Pulcinella Award winners of its 25th edition. The festival is promoted by Italian broadcaster Rai and organized by Rai Com, with Roberto Genovesi as artistic director.

The Hall of Fame honor for 2021 was bestowed on claymation creator Fusako Yusaki.
