‘Big Nate’ Faces the Perils of Partner Projects in First-Look Clip

Let the misadventures begin! An exclusive look at the upcoming Paramount+ Original animated series Big Nate debuted Sunday during the halftime presentation of Nickelodeon and CBS Sports’ slime-filled NFL Wild Card Game on Nickelodeon. The series debuts Thursday, February 17, exclusively on Paramount+ in the U.S., Canada, Latin America and Australia.

In the sneak peek clip of episode “Catastrophe,” when Nate is paired with Jenny on a school project, he hopes to prove his awesomeness to her, but his cat phobia threatens to destroy his cool.

Based on the best-selling children’s books and comic strip written and drawn by acclaimed author and cartoonist Lincoln Peirce, Big Nate follows a precocious 11-year-old boy named Nate and his best friends as they navigate sixth grade with humor and style. The series is produced by Nickelodeon Animation Studio.

The voice cast features Ben Giroux, Dove Cameron, Rob Delaney, Daniel MK Cohen, Arnie Pantoja and more. Jack Black guest stars in the premiere episode.
