The recently launched IBERMEDIA NEXT initiative is headed to Annecy, to take part in the world’s biggest dedicated animation event. The call for applications for grants backed by the Ibermedia Program is included in the festival schedule, offering a chance for the professional community to glean in-depth details about how the boost for Ibero-American animation works.
During the Annecy Festival and MIFA, IBERMEDIA NEXT will present an explanatory conference on the grants, which will be held on Thursday, June 15 at 5:15 p.m. in the Salle Verdi and will be followed by a networking cocktail reception at which attendees will be able to discover more about the grants and their details.
The program has also scheduled two invitation-only themed breakfasts at the festivals’ technology area. These will be held on June 13 and 15, between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. The Next Lab Generation conference on June 16 at 11 a.m. in Salon Haendel will also feature a slot dedicated to IBERMEDIA NEXT.
Representatives of IBERMEDIA NEXT and its promoting entities will also be available for meetings and gatherings, such as the Argentina–Italy meeting that has already been scheduled. All professionals who would like to get in touch with the IBERMEDIA NEXT managers present at Annecy can contact info@ibermedianext.com.
