To celebrate the release of the live-action adaptation of One Piece, Eiichiro Oda’s bestselling manga of all time, Netflix is hosting 10 global events to unite Straw Hats all around the world ahead of the series premiere on August 31.
The celebrations kick off in Los Angeles at the Santa Monica Pier on Thursday, August 24, where fans will be able to become “Pirates on the Pier” with private access to the rides and games, in-world photo ops, giveaways and an exclusive look at the first episode of Season 1. (Register here.)

Based on the hit Japanese manga, the series follows Monkey D.
