Nipping at the heels of the debut of new super hero styled character posters for the movie, Paramount Pictures, Nickelodeon Movies and Spin Master Entertainment have unleashed a new clip from PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie — only in theaters September 29.
In the clip, we see how the pieces of a strange space rock fuse with the pups’ collars to imbue them with out of this world powers: Marshall (voiced by Kingsley Marshall) can conjure fire with his paws, Chase (Christian Convery) gets lightning speed, Rubble (Luxton Handspiker) rolls into a wrecking ball of smashing strength and we get a brief peek at Rocky’s magnetic new personality.
Synopsis: When a magical meteor crash lands in Adventure City, it gives the PAW Patrol pups superpowers, transforming them into The Mighty PUps! For Skye, the smallest member of the team, her new powers are a dream come true. But things take a turn for the worse when the pups’ archrival Humdinger breaks out of jail and teams up with Victoria Vance, a meteor-obsessed mad scientist, to steal the superpowers and turn themselves into supervillains. With the fate of Adventure City hanging in the balance, the Mighty Pups have to stop the supervillains before it’s too late, and Skye will need to learn that even the smallest pup can make the biggest difference.
The voice cast also features Mckenna Grace as Skye, Callum Shoniker as Rocky, Nylan Parthipan as Zuma, Marsai Martin as Liberty, Taraji P. Henson, Ron Pardo, Lil Rel Howery, Kim Kardashian, Chris Rock, Serena Williams, Alan Kim, Brice Gonzalez, North West, Saint West, Christian Corrao, with James Marsden and Kristen Bell, introducing Finn Lee-Epp.
