The BroZone Are Back in Town in ‘Trolls Band Together’ Official Trailer

Wedding bells are ringing, music is in the air, clouds are vomiting glitter rainbows — it must be nearly time for the new Trolls Band Together to bring the DreamWorks franchise’s joyous blend of color, hot jams and celebratory silliness to theaters! The official trailer for the third movie dropped today, introducing Branch’s long-lost brother/former band mate and sneak peeking some psychedelic animated homages laced into the sparkling CG.

Trolls Band Together arrives in theaters November 17.

Synopsis: After two films of true friendship and relentless flirting, Poppy (Anna Kendrick) and Branch (Justin Timberlake) are now officially, finally, a couple (#broppy)! As they grow closer, Poppy discovers that Branch has a secret past. He was once part of her favorite boyband phenomenon, BroZone, with his four brothers: Floyd (Golden Globe nominated electropop sensation Troye Sivan), John Dory (Eric André; Sing 2), Spruce (Grammy winner Daveed Diggs; Hamilton) and Clay (Grammy winner Kid Cudi; Don’t Look Up). BroZone disbanded when Branch was still a baby, as did the family, and Branch hasn’t seen his brothers since.

But when Branch’s bro Floyd is kidnapped for his musical talents by a pair of nefarious pop-star villains — Velvet (Emmy winner Amy SchumerTrainwreck) and Veneer (Grammy winner and Tony nominee Andrew RannellsThe Book of Mormon) — Branch and Poppy embark on a harrowing and emotional journey to reunite the other brothers and rescue Floyd from a fate even worse than pop-culture obscurity.

The returning cast also includes Zooey Deschanel as Bridget, Christopher Mintz-Plasse as Gristle, Icona Pop duo Aino Jawo and Caroline Hjelt as Satin and Chenille, Anderson.paak as Prince D, Ron Funches as Cooper, Kunal Nayyar as Guy Diamond and Kenan Thompson as Tiny Diamond. Continuing the Trolls tradition, the threequel brings in even more music and comedy stars as new characters, including Camila Cabello as Viva, Zosia Mamet as Crimp and RuPaul Charles as Miss Maxine.

Walt Dohrn returns to direct with co-director Tim Heitz (head of story on Trolls World Tour) and Gina Shay returning as producer.
