We all knew that superstar voice actor Eric Bauza can literally do almost every cartoon voice in Hollywood, but now we have more proof! The two-time Emmy-winning voice of Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Tweety Bird, Marvin the Martian (Looney Tunes Cartoons) Gossamer, Luke Skyalker (LEGO Star Wars), Buster Beaver (The Boys), Jimmy Pesto (Bob’s Burgers, since ‘23), Dino (Yabba Dabba Dinosaurs) and so many others, has quietly replaced controversial star Ezra Miller as the voice of D.A. Sinclair in Prime Video’s Invincible series.
Although Sinclair is not a major character, he appeared in the most recent episode of the show (Ep. 7) titled “I’m Not Going Anywhere, but he was voiced by Bauza for the first time. Last year, Bauza also took over the voice of Jimmy Pesto in Bob’s Burgers after original actor Jay Johnston was fired. He will next be seen as
No official reason has been given by the show producers for Miller’s replacement. However, the controversial actor, who was last seen in the 2023 feature The Flash, has been hounded by legal issues. He was charged with felony burglary and charged with second-degree assault in Hawaii and a video circulated of him choking a female outside a bar in Iceland. Miller apologized for his behavior in 2022 and explained that they were suffering from “complex mental health issues.”
In addition to Invincible, Bauza appears on Rock Paper Scissors, X-Men 97, Hot Wheels Let’s Race this year. He can also be heard as the titular bird n the upcoming movie, Woody Woodpecker Goes to Camp, Daffy and Porky in Warner Bros.’ The Day the Earth Blew Up: A Looney Tunes Movie, and as various characters in Warner’s Coyote vs. Acme movie, which has had a frustrating fate and still doesn’t have a streaming or theatrical release date.
