Autobot fans are preparing to boot up a brand-new, fully-animated adventure on the big screen when Transformers One blasts into theaters on September 20. Ahead of the big bot debut, Paramount has unveiled a new featurette spotlighting the A-list voice cast for the pic, who reveal a little more of the incredible mecha-world of Cybertron and the beings who call it home.
Featuring Chris Hemsworth (Orion Pax / Optimus Prime) and Brian Tyree Henry (D-16 / Megatron), the new video also presents Scarlett Johansson as Elita, Keegan-Michael Key as B-127 / Bumblebee, Steve Buscemi as Starscream, Laurence Fishburne as Alpha Trion and Jon Hamm as Sentinel Prime.
Transformers One is the untold origin story of Optimus Prime and Megatron, better known as sworn enemies, but once were friends bonded like brothers who changed the fate of Cybertron forever. The film is directed by Oscar winner Josh Cooley (Toy Story 4) from a screenplay by Eric Pearson and Andrew Barrer & Gabriel Ferrari.
