‘Chicken for Linda!’ & ’27’ Win Top Honors at the 2024 Emile Awards for Animation

The Emile Awards returned this year, recognizing outstanding achievement in European animation. The 2024 honors for feature film and short film craft were presented in the Apollon Theater in Ermoupoli on the Greek island of Syros for the first time, opening the 17th edition of the Animasyros festival.

Best Writing Award:

Best Soundtrack Award:

Best Animation in Feature:
Chicken for Linda! (France, Italy) – directors Chiara Malta & Sébastien Laudenbach, produced by Marc Irmer, Emmanuel-Alain Raynal and Pierre Baussaron

Best of the Best Feature Award:
Chicken for Linda! by Sébastien Laudenbach & Chiara Malta
