Children’s animation producer Kenchana and toon-dedicated distribution company Moon-Keys International have partnered to develop and distribute a new 26 x 26′ CG-animated series Billie’s On a Mission, aimed at kids six to 10 years old. Both partners are based in France and recently launched.

Kenchana will develop and executive produce the series, while Moon-Keys International Content will be involved in the creative process and will handle international distribution. The partners state that this collaboration unites both companies’ vision for creation and exploitation of kids’ animation content that will please audiences and meet market needs around the world.
