The Bad Bird Is Back in ‘Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl’ Final Trailer

Feathers McGraw has flown the coop in the final official trailer for Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl unveiled by Netflix this morning. Fans were also treated to a batch of new character posters for the film, spotlighting Wallace, Gromit, their waddling antagonist and Wallace’s latest clever contraption, Norbot.

Produced by Oscar- and BAFTA-winning animation studio Aardman, the second feature film adventure featuring Nick Park’s iconic duo will have a limited Academy Award-qualifying theatrical release from December 18 before making its global Netflix debut on January 3 (excluding U.K. & Ireland).

Synopsis: Aardman’s four-time Academy Award-winning director Nick Park and Emmy Award-nominated Merlin Crossingham return with a brand new epic adventure, Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl.

In this next installment, Gromit’s concern that Wallace is becoming too dependent on his inventions proves justified, when Wallace invents a “smart” gnome that seems to develop a mind of its own. When it emerges that a vengeful figure from the past might be masterminding things, it falls to Gromit to battle sinister forces and save his master … or Wallace may never be able to invent again!

The film stars Ben Whitehead, reprising the role of Wallace, Peter Kay as Chief Inspector Albert Mackintosh (seen as a constable in Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit), Lauren Patel (Lloyd of the Flies, Everybody’s Talking about Jamie), Reece Shearsmith (Inside No. 9) as Norbot, Diane Morgan (Cunk on Earth), Adjoa Andoh (Bridgerton), Muzz Khan (Brassic) and British Comedy Awards Lifetime Achievement honoree Lenny Henry.

Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl is written by Mark Burton (Paddington in Peru, Early Man) from a story by Park and Burton, and  produced by Richard Beek (Robin Robin, Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget).
