PBS KIDS has scheduled two preschool-friendly television specials based on a couple of its most popular animated series for next Monday, August 18. The specials, attached to shows Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood and Dinosaur Train, are titled Meet the New Baby and Classic in the Jurassic, respectively.
In Meet the New Baby, the charming neighborhood inhabitants are introduced to Daniel Tiger’s new little sister, Margaret. Classic in the Jurassic sends the dino-train gang to an Olympics-like competition featuring dinosaurs representing different time periods from the Mesozoic era.
New episodes of Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood will begin airing on the channel August 19 and 20; new episodes of Dinosaur Train will also roll out throughout the week.
