First Libo Children’s Animation Fest Winners Announced

The inaugural International Children’s Animation and Comics Festival took place August 6-8 in Libo, a county of China’s Guizhou Province, awarding a truly global assortment of titles in both the cartoons and comics categories.

The festival also featured seminars, workshops, masterclasses, cosplay performances and a Children’s Animation Camp. The festival received over 4,500 submissions from adult professionals and children in 71 different countries.
