Worldwide producer/distributor Portfolio Entertainment has added Addison to its catalog, a STEM-centric animated mystery-adventure for kids 4-6. The show is commissioned by Canada’s CBC Kids from executive producer Charles Bishop of Six Eleven Media in Halifax.
Addison follows the seven-year-old title character, a female inventor who loves to solve mysteries! Together, Addison and her diverse group of friends use imaginative inventions, reasoning and enthusiasm to figure out what’s behind the latest neighbourhood conundrum.
Portfolio picked up worldwide rights to the series, outside of Canada, with season 1 (20 x 11 min.) currently available, and season 2 (30 x 11 min.) set to go into production early next year.
