The 20th anniversary celebrations for The Powerpuff Girls continue, with Cartoon Network announcing a collaboration with Polish handbag designer Sabrina Pilewicz. This latest episode in the fight against fashion crime is part of a raft of team-ups between CN and high profile designers across EMEA.
SP x Powerpuff Girls is Pilewicz’s first deal with Cartoon Network. The line of stylish leather handbags features three different styles, each one reflecting the individual characteristics and personality traits of Townsville’s superheroic trio. The range is being promoted with the slogan “What is your superpower?” Poland’s Next Top Model finalist Karolina Pisarek is on board as the ambassador for the collection and the face of the launch campaign.
Blossom features on the #wisdombag with the design inspired the character’s is curious nature, love of learning and goal-oriented approach to life. Bubbles appears on the #energybag with a design that reminds us to have fun and seek joy in life. And Buttercup, the most valiant of The Powerpuff Girls, can be found on the #powerbag with a design that aims to inspire women to take on new challenges, have courage and be aspirational.
